MAIDEN'S BLUSH
The Maiden's Blush is a beautifully soft cocktail which sings with The Captain's Wife Portside Special Edition Dry Gin. The blush colour adds to its allure and when it is served in these vintage inspired martini glasses the romance of times past beckons.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml The Captain's Wife Portside Special Edition Dry Gin
20 ml Orange Curacao Liqueur
10 ml Lemon Juice
5 ml Monin Grenadine Syrup
2.5 ml Simple Sugare Syrup
Ice
Strawberries to garnish or lemon zest twist
METHOD
Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
