Bore Da Breakfast Martini

The famous Breakfast Martini is actually a gin sour. It was designed by mixologist Salvatore Calabrese in 1996 and was presented in a chilled Martini glass and garnished with a small slice of orange or toast or even a kumquat. It's super simple to make so why not give it a go!
50 ml Welsh Sisters Gin
25 ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 spoon of Orange Marmalade
25 ml of Triple Sec
In a large jar or cocktail shaker add gin and marmalade It's better to have marmalade without the rind if you can. Stir the marmalade and gin together until the marmalade is dissolved . Add then add the  remainder of the ingredients, shake well and the strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of orange or a little Kumquat on a pick - or be adventurous and slice a small piece of toast into a triangle and place on the rim of the glass.
Bore Da and Cheers to you!
